Refund policy

Returns and Refunds Policy:

Returns and refunds are available only if the item you received does not match the description of item you purchased. Returns and refunds are not available simply because a customer changed their mind about a purchase, nor if the customer's phone/computer was used to make a purchase without the their knowledge (by a child or other family member), nor in situations that are no fault of us (the seller) such as a failure of the shipping company to deliver the items to the customer (although extremely rare, this does sometimes happen).
